Virtual Tours and Photography

1. $35.00: Photography.
We will come and photograph your project for one flat fee.

2. $75.00: Single Virtual Tour.
One high quality, 360-degree rotation of your facility. If you are in our service area, we will come out to your Listing, shoot the photos and render the tour. (We can also create custom pages for the tours and photos if you don’t have a web site for a one-time set-up charge of $30.00). We will also shoot a number of still photos as well. This is included in the price of the virtual tour! (Additional tours $40.00 each).

3. $150.00: Total Virtual Tour Package
Up to five 360 degree rotations, and as many as 24 high quality photos placed on our custom web page. (we can also create custom pages for the tours and photos to match your existing web site for a one time set-up charge of $80.00).
(All options include a free CD with the photos we’ve taken for you!)

Print Media:
1. $35.00: Standard 8 ½ x 11 Flyer (per side) Custom flyer created for you with your information, photos and verbiage. This is provided to you in .PDF format, on a CD so that you can print as many as you like, when you like. (Printing available at an additional cost).

2. $65.00: Deluxe 8 ½ x 14 mini Brochure (per side) This is a custom brochure containing your information, photos and verbiage. This is provided to you in .PDF format, on a CD so that you can print as many as you like, when you like. (Printing available at an additional cost).

3. $75.00: Super Deluxe 11 x 17 Brochure (per side) This is a custom brochure containing your information, photos and verbiage. This is provided to you in .PDF format, on a CD so that you can print as many as you like, when you like. (Printing available at an additional cost).

NOTE: Viewing Our Virtual Tours does NOT require special software! Our tours are JAVA based. Statistics show that Internet “surfers” will not spend time downloading software to view a Virtual Tour. If you are requiring a software download (Such as Quicktime) to view your tours, you could be losing potential customers!
